I'm almost seventeen years old, and I'm having a baby, beautiful Freya. I'm moving to Paris in August, currently living in Copenhagen. I am having the baby with the most beautiful man I have ever met. If I tell my mom, she'll probably not allow me to go to Paris. If I don't tell her, I'll be lying to the most important person in my life, and she'll never forgive me. Of course she'll find out eventually, but I want to wait to tell her until I already moved. Should I just jump off a cliff instead?

Ugh… I’m really really sorry you’re in this situation, and your optimistic tone suggests that you have NO idea what you’re getting into. I don’t want to sound too coarse, but I don’t even think 16 year olds should be able to drive, let alone have children.
If you want to act like an adult then tell your mom.

Tell your mom! You’re going to need her! Let her know! I know it’s hard, but you have to tell her! <3

moving away from your mother when you are pregnant is silly, especially when you are young. your mum has done pregnancy and giving birth before, your boyfriend has not. if you have a good relationship with your mother then she’ll support you.

You might be surprised by her reaction. Maybe not her initial reaction but the one followed shortly after. Tell her.
