Sit around our apartments being sad and eating cookie dough from the wrapper while waiting for the pizza guy to bring a 2 liter of Coke because you didn’t wanna go to the store for some damn Coke, and the guy gets out of his fucking K car carrying that soda and he looks at you funny and says, “Yeah, so… here ya’ go, man.” and you mumble thanks but you’re squinting because the moon is too BRIGHT and then he’s all like, “’Kay, see ya… Take care, buddy.” And then you shut the door, sit on your couch, and tear up because it seems like he really cared, but also because that fucking Sarah McLachlan commercial is on. That’s our two choices, ya know?
