I just wanna be there and frolic with her; we’d play in the ocean, little splash fights. But then I’d be all like, “Baby, baby, whoa, STOP. You gotta tie your shoes, you’ll trip.”
And then it’ll get cloudy and she’ll say she’s cold and wants to go home. The car ride will be quite and as I drop her off at her flat she leans in to me, I think we’re going to kiss, but she just whispers, “Thanks for ruining that moment, dick. You were gonna get SO lucky tonight.”
Then we don’t talk for a few weeks and I find out she’s doing coke again and dating some dude she met at the Blue Martini.
