One night we just decided, then the next morning we drove east to the seaside. The Atlantic Ocean. Band of Horses was blaring in her little Honda, the sunroof open.
We arrived, and it was glorious. We walked the waves, and the streets, feeling like we were someone else; we were another couple, who could do anything. In the shadow of that big Light, promises were made, and meant.
In those moments, when to us, the sun unnaturally set to the west, nothing, not even us could stop us, and of course we were wrong.
