I don’t want to remember your face anymore. I don’t want to have to worry about going out and seeing you. My favorite memory of you was when we were at the alley cat in Nashville and rode through the night. We were new then, we weren’t comfortable yet, and we were still kind of nervous around each other. I want to go out and ride critical mass and not worry about running into you. I want to go to races and not have to talk to you. I want my life back, because it seems like you were such a huge part of it, it all left me when we broke up. The bicycles, the events, the people, you were all part of it. And now that we’re not together anymore I feel like I’m trespassing when I go out. I wish I could erase you from my memory. That way when we do run into each other, it’ll all be new again.
